Final Product: These may not look amazing, but they taste sooooooo good, even after they've cooled. They're flakey, soft, sweet, and delish.
Recipe #2: Buttermilk Pound Cake

We haven't tried this cake yet (though the batter was AH-MAZING). The key to the recipe is letting it sit for a couple days, so I made it in advance for a trip this weekend. We'll try it there!
Recipe #3: Macaroni and Cheese Cauliflower Bake

The directions on this recipe were hard to figure out, but we managed, and after spending a good 10-15 dollars on cheese, this actually turned out!
