Chicken Pot Pie

This is from Country Living's design book I just bought, and used to be on their website, but I can't find it anymore.

The only change I made to the recipe was using chicken legs and cutting the meat off, instead of boneless skinless chicken thighs. I wanted to use all organic!

And I went with the simple crust recipe instead of buying it at the store- it's not hard at all! I did grate the butter before mixing it, which helped a lot. I did have to add a little bit of extra water to get all of the flour to stick to the dough ball.
