4x4x4x4

After trying and trying to figure out what eating pattern works for me, I have figured out some loose guidelines that help me when planning my food.

Eat 4 times a day

Every 4 hours

About 400 calories each meal

4 a happy me!

Obviously these are only guidelines. If I know I'm going to do a hard workout, for example, I make sure to eat a little before and after so my body doesn't go all "starvation mode" on me. And of course the food included in this is all healthy and good! Yum yum. 

Here was my dinner for tonight:
